Lovely pool area. Amazing breakfast with freshly made smoothies and excellent omelettes. - Well-appointed and brand-new rooms with balconies. - Perfect and magnificent location in the center of Puerto del Carmen. - Adjacent to shops, bars, beautiful Playa de los Pocillos beach area, and Playa Blanca.

The double room here was a nice size and looked fresh, plus it had air conditioning and an iron for convenience. the beds were comfortable and the view of the sea was really pretty 🌊.

The hotel was close to the airport, but not affected by noise from planes. The food was excellent. the hotel was very close to the beach and the pool area was a great wind break. Also each room seemed to have a decent sized balcony facing the sun.

Overall the hotel could really do with a refurbishment. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and the TV was ancient with no remote control - not a 4star hotel standard for 2011. There were lumps of plaster missing from walls outside the room and a leaking ceiling on the corridor but no problems in the bar/restaurant area. If not staying all inclusive the bar was really expensive when compared to neighbouring bars in the area.

The hotel had a perfect and exceptionally nice location very close to restaurants. We had a king room and it was decent size and recently renovated. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times before hence our latest visit.The staff are very friendly and always step up to the mark.The rooms are clean and well presented and have just undergone a revamp of most of the features.Any issues or requests are dealt with almost at once.The hotel itself is also undergoing a degree of refitting,painting etc but this is done at times so as not to inconvenience the guests.The hotel has just invested money in a brand new play area for kids swings,climbing frames etc ( first year) so it looks like the normal quiet and older profile could be changing in the coming years.They are obviously having to cut their cloth a bit tighter and some things are changing as regards the food.You also have to pick your time when to visit,as the Spanish holiday season can put tremendous pressure on staff.We are due to go back to the hotel in September 2012,so will be interested to see any further changes

The venue has recently refurbished rooms with tissues as well as great views and exceptionally polite and reasonably good stuff. The location of the hotel in Puerto del Carmen is perfect and excellant, not far from the promenade, the local port plus market and the yellow submarine trips and great bus links and/or taxi.

This place is comfortable, conveniently located near the airport, and within walking distance to attractions; it's recommended to book a double room with air conditioning and a walk-in shower.

I had an incredible stay at Hipotels La Geria. the restaurant offered a wide array of fabulous meals for breakfast. the pool was nice and the location was great for enjoying the evening entertainment. Choosing this hotel was a great decision!

It's a fully equipped good all round hotel with extremely helpful and very amiable staff members. The atmosphere of the property is comfortable.
